'I'M BACK' ONLY text is approx 12 inches complete length - layout being I'M centrally positioned above BACK. 

The Kits require NO HELIUM or special equipment to create.

**You must inspect the contents and quality of your kit upon arrival.

*** Instructions must be followed in order! If there is a defect with a balloon, you will be required to return it for quality testing along with the remainder of the kit UNUSED to obtain a replacement or refund.
